How long does it take for the HVPPY™ team to respond to a customer service request?

What is the status of my order?
All orders will receive an email containing your tracking number as soon as your order has shipped. If you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder. How do I make a return?
You may return your order within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Please email us at support@gethvppy.com for return inquiries.
Returned products must be unopened and unused.

HVPPY™ is available for delivery in 49 of the 50 states. The only state to outright ban our products is Louisiana.
How long will delivery take?
We ship all HVPPY™ orders via USPS Priority Shipping. This means shipping times vary from state to state. Once your order ships out, you can reasonably expect delivery between 3-6 business day, not including Sundays and holidays.

Why does my order say processing?
Production, and fulfillment may take up to 1-2 business days before orders are ready for shipment. If you place an order on a Friday, you can reasonably expect your order to ship by that Monday or the following day.
Is my package shipped discreetly?
Yes, our shipping is discreet. Keep in mind, all orders will have HVPPY™ on the shipping label.
